Mandate
To provide quality processing service to support payment & account service businesses of LOBs while meeting regulatory and group requirements via the checking and releasing financial transactions of customers. The job-holder is also assisting the payment & account service manager to maintain an efficient, controlled and motivated environment to ensure efficient and effective processing operations.
Assistant Inward & Outward CNY and FCY remittance processing, account opening and maintenance services strictly follow regulations and internal policy & procedures;
Prepare external and internal reporting in timely manner with high quality;
File transaction records properly as per record retention policy;
Work closely with internal stakeholders for payment related outstanding items;
Identify improvement potentials in day-to-day activities to enhance operational effectiveness;
Qualification
Good learning skills and communication skills.
Good written and verbal command of English and Chinese
Good PC and related software skills (e.g. Word, Excel)
5 working days per week, 4-5 months
Well-disciplined with ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently under pressure
Sincere, patient and easygoing
Preferably with working experience of internships in bank industry
