You will assist the producers in daily tasks such as:

>>> Participate in the preparation of the quotation, schedule and PPM material.

>>> Help to follow up on the Finance process for vendor payments.

>>> Help to follow up on the Legal process for vendor contracts.

>>> Help to follow up post production of ongoing projects.

> Participate in the research of new talents (Directors, DOPs, Photographers, Editors, Production house, Post production house) and help to grow the data base

REQUIREMENTS

> Previous experience in Agency or Production is a must

> Fluent in English is also a must

> OK to work long hours and during week ends

> Has good organization and planning skills

> Cultivate some interest for visual art is a plus

> Knowledge of editing software, photoshop, adobe illustrator is a plus

> Knowledge on production budget allocation and contract is a plus
