【工作内容】

1. Mainly focus on project management for recently launched BMW China Program Digitalization.

2. Support on budget tracking, progress update, resource allocation, and project steering for over 40 digital projects.

3. Communicate and coordinate with 5 Digital Streams for project management tasks.

4. Support on communications with relevant business departments to facilitate projects progress.

5. Support on the Future Retail monthly statistical report

6. Support on daily administrative work, e.g. meeting arrangement, reimbursement, etc.

    

【任职要求】

1. Familiar with OEM business model, and sensitive to digitalization topics, news, etc.

2. Experience of project management.

3. Able to deliver high performance under pressure and in multitasking situation.

4. Qualified for detailed communications, team work, problem solving, and have proactive attitude.

5. Skilled in Microsoft Office kit. (PowerPoint and Excel need to be proficient)

6. Fluent oral and written English. (direct communication with German Senior Manager is required)

7. Commitment of at least 4 days/week, 6 months in total (with student identity, start from mid-December)
