Third Bridge 高临管理实习可以转正

提供转正机会

至少提供3个月及以上实习期，每周至少提供3天及以上的出勤。

You are required to work for three months approximately 12~14 weeks, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Responsibilities: Main purpose of the role: To identify and recruit specialists to Third Bridge’s network of industry experts to help facilitate consultations between industry specialists and our clients (Private Equity Companies, Hedge Funds and Management Consultancies) in order to help them to make insightful investment decisions. - To use internal and external tools to source Industry specialists - To identify new sources of specialists wherever possible - To recruit specialists to our specialist network - To facilitate consultations; scheduling calls between our clients and specialists, arranging for interpreters, assisting specialists complete pre-consultation processes Qualifications: - Ability to continually making cold-calls, to face strangers and to convince them(great sales skills) - Native speaker with fluency in English - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships - Strong general business understanding and common sense - IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Office - Outstanding social and networking skills What we offer: - The possibility of being permanent staff - Attractive remuneration package - Crucial interpersonal skills which will enable you to confront any interviews without tension and fear - A further understanding of the working environment in an international company; mostly English communicated, sometimes high-intensive, relatively relaxed compared to Chinese companies , free snacks and drinks
