【Job description】
1、Employee Engagement Campaigns/ Activities (50%)
• Assist in designing and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives, including
division discovery sessions, workshops, and other activities to foster a vibrant workplace culture.
• Support the organization and execution of learning programs and workshops, TA activities
including but not limited to EVP, campus activities.
• Maintain and update the team deck and other materials, ensuring they are well-organized,
while proposing creative improvements on design and content.
2、Data Analytics & System Management (30%)
• Consolidate and analyze diverse HR data.
• Respond to HR - related inquiries.
3、Others (20%)
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of third-party employees, ensuring compliance and
efficiency throughout the process.
【Requirements】
1.Availability & Commitment: Able to work at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 4 months; open to all academic majors.
2.Language Skills: Good command of English, with strong proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
3.Core Competencies: Proactive and self-motivated, with excellent multi-tasking abilities and strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
