Responsibilities:
Support CS team in order processing in system.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics team in order
placement and shipment arrangement.
Assist CS in customer order status update, inventory analysis,
forecast consolidation, delivery follow up.
Work on sales reports, brand sales report.
Update customer price list, sample list.
Ad hoc assignments such as complain log update, artwork
verification and tracking with ops team and customers etc.
Requirements:
University Graduates, with 1-2 years’ customer service/order
processing experience. Fresh graduates are also acceptable.
Self-motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Excellent inter-personal skills.
Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
