职位描述:

Responsibilities:

  • Support CS team in order processing in system.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics team in order placement and shipment arrangement.
  • Assist CS in customer order status update, inventory analysis, forecast consolidation, delivery follow up.
  • Work on sales reports, brand sales report.
  • Update customer price list, sample list.
  • Ad hoc assignments such as complain log update, artwork verification and tracking with ops team and customers etc.
  • Requirements:

  • University Graduates, with 1-2 years’ customer service/order processing experience. Fresh graduates are also acceptable.
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
