Job responsibilities:
1. Tools
purchasing and receipt
Initiate PR in
terms of the input from improvement activities from planners and
shopfloor;
Organize all
drawings of tools and clarify the version
Setup tools management
rules (include drawing and physical goods) according to the experience as
above tasks
2. Documentation
Distribute and
reclaim standardized documents according to the company policy and
procedures (typical examples include: operation instruction, changeover
instruction, adjustment instruction, FMEA, CP, etc)
Update working
instruction according to the input from planners and shopfloor
Keep the
consistence of working instruction among same process but different lines
3. New release
Collaborate with
relevant planners and follow up new release (COS/PPAP) progress, OTD 100%% exclude MAE down
Maintain BoM
database and related with changeover database, no mistake
Support to
maintain MATSIAN and routing with relevant planners
4. Shopfloor
management
Participates in daily
morning meeting
Perform regular 5S
evaluation of shopfloor with SV and SM
Track shopfloor
CIP projects progress with TL and SV
Perform process
confirmation at least once per week
Participate LPC
according to the current schedule
5. Personnel development
Keep learning all
manufacturing technologies within scope of current responsibility
Keep learning BPS approach and practice in shopfloor
Collaborate and
support relevant planners to follow up system-CIP and point-CIP projects

Familiar with office software
Fluent English in oral and written
4-5 days per week and 6 months in total
