Core responsibilities:

1. Support the POSM team to improve the management and develop the guideline for the usage of POSM.

- Communicate with BU on POSM logistics tracking and monitoring

- POSM System master data maintenance

2. Communicate with distributor and BU on PR/PO proceeding and tracking

3. Sales expense management and reporting; Write off on MOFT channel relevant cost

4. Sales project coordination, i.e. meeting coordination and report analysis

5. Support sales training logistics arrangement

- Support training project implementation according to aligned plan on time and high quality

- Support E-learning operation through different on-line activity

Professional qualification and competencies:

1. Can work at least 4 days a week

2. Good communication skills plus good MS skills especially for excel

3. Enthusiasm and passion for sales with dedication

4. Learning agility and capability with leadership potentiality

Educational / minimum requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above

2. Language: Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
