岗位职责:
Provide general technical support to events organized in one's venue 为日常在酒店发生的活动提供技术支持
--According to BEO, coordinate and get equipment prepared before event, ensuring the quality and quantity of equipment meet client needs 根据BEO,在活动前进行设备协调与准备,确保设备数量、质量符合要求 --Provide technical support on the rehearsal and event scene, achieving client's required outcome 在彩排及活动现场,对客户提供技术支持,达到客户要求的呈现效果 --Collect company equipment after events, do stocktake and report its quality and quantity 在活动结束后,管理设备的回收,核对并上报回收设备的数量及质量 --Record issues happened during the event, and report to line manager when event ends 记录活动中出现的问题,在活动结束后反馈给直线经理
Assist line manager with other relative work assigned 协助直线经理进行其他工作
--Assist to maintain customer relations by providing timely and workable technical solutions 通过及时提供可行的技术建议,协助维护客户关系 --Conduct regular stocktake, equipment maintenance, and problem reporting, ensure company equipment are in good service conditions 日常进行设备盘点、维护保养及问题上报,确保其属于正常服务状态
--具有基本的服务意识,仪容整洁
--每周能够出勤4天以上(可选周六日)
--对音视频设备、电脑软硬件有兴趣或一定基础者优先
