Job Purpose Report to Executive of Corporate Citizenship, Greater China and is responsible for coordinating, planning and executing Disney VoluntEARS program and Corporate Citizenship Events in China.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationship with third party non-profit organization and charitable organization partners • Work with internal partners (LOB) to execute Disney VoluntEARS events in China

• Manage Disney VoluntEARS budget and supporting materials and Disney Corporate Citizenship Scorecards & Measure inputs (Charitable giving, Gifts-in-kind, VoluntEARS time) versus impacts to the community

• Generate event summaries / reports for all Disney VoluntEARS / Corporate Citizenship Events • Work with Corporate Communications to implement communication plan to build the reputation of Disney VoluntEARS program both externally (press, media, clients) and internally to Cast Members

• Increase employee engagement in Disney VoluntEARS activities through implementation of initiatives and communications
