Job description:
Support the HR team and colleagues in solving various types of office issues that may arise during daily work.
Responsible for the employees’ P-file management, support HR team with document preparing, processing and archiving.
Assist HR manager and HRBPs with events planning, and administrative coordination, including send out birthday gift cards, prepare the certificate documents for employees, etc.
Other tasks assigned by supervisor and HR team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, major in Human Resources is preferred but not a must.
Ability to maintain highly confidential information of HR as well as
company at all time.
Positive attitude with willingness to accept responsibility and strong
execution.
Detail oriented and strong learning capability.
Good communication skill.
Good command of English, proficiency in Excel/PPT/Outlook.
At least 3 days attendance per week, continuously for at least 3 months.
