Job Description工作内容：

1. Assist the partners, suppliers and related channels to complete the hotel reservation

协助合作商，供应商及相关渠道完成客人的酒店预订

2. Answer phone calls from guests for booking or inquiries

接听客人预订或咨询电话

3. Ensure the qualification of guests

进行客人资质的审核

4. Make sure guests have a smooth and satisfying stay experience

确保客人的顺利入住与满意体验

5. Accomplish any other tasks assigned by line manager

协助主管分派的其他工作

Requirements职位要求：

1. Bachelors or above graduating in 2020 or later. Tourism or Hotel Management majority is preferred

本科及以上学历，要求大三及以上学生，旅游或酒店管理专业优先考虑

2. Outstanding sense of service and empathy

的服务意识与同理心

3. Excellent English especially in written

良好的英语水平，尤其是读写能力

4. Detail oriented with good organization and communication skills

细节导向，良好的组织和沟通能力

5. Good planning and co-ordination skills

良好的计划和合作能力

6. Able to attend 3 days per week at least and last for 6 months. Early entry preferred

每周三天及以上，持续六个月以上，尽快入职
