Job Duties
Key responsibilities:
- Support omni-retail AI initiatives, focusing on identifying innovation opportunities and sourcing relevant technology partners. Assist in the execution of AI pilot projects.
- Support digital partnership collaborations by preparing briefing documents and presentation materials.
- Perform market research, data analysis, and deep-dive intelligence reporting on competitors, consumers, social media trends, industry innovations, AI/LLM advancements, and brand performance.
- Support the production and management of internal newsletters.
- Support omni-retail team projects and provide ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Other Supporting:
- Support managers in PPT preparations for meeting and sharing.
- Support administrative works, including but not limited to community event management and meeting minutes etc.
General Requirements
- Able to work at least 4 days/week & 4 months minimum
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment, highly organized and attentive to detail
- Previous experience in digital marketing/e-business/data/consulting-related position is a PLUS
- Good at MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word. AI-related tooling is a PLUS
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skill in both English and Chinese
- Committed to deliver high-quality work and be flexible to adjust priority according to business needs
- Digitally savvy, understanding of China e-commerce, social media, and AI platforms
