Mission & Main Tasks:
- warranty claims: handling communication with dealers (prompt answers and prompt parts delivery arrangement); claims filing on line with Ducati Head Quarter and prompt refund of claimed amounts.
- to cross check of arrival of spare parts and assurance of timely arrival at dealers’ site;
- to help preparing a reporting system of spare parts/accessories/apparels with monthly visibility of inventory and sales at each dealer site.
- Education bachelor degree or technical qualifications are an advantage
- Professional Skills some previous exposure to after sales environments: focus on warranty is a plus
- Personal Skills Microsoft Office package (excel/word/PPT)
- Language Skills English, Chinese (native)
