Job Description

1． Define product promotion strategy; manage local product portfolio, new product ramp up and old product phase out

制定产品推广策略; 管理本地产品线，新产品投入市场以及老产品淘汰的管理

2． Handling sales and/or customer demands for new product request for AZ and RM (application, variant and platform development)

处理销售/客户对于新产品的开发要求 （应用，变形以及新平台的开发）

3． Support the interface between sales and the plants (e.g. localization)

销售和工厂衔接的支持工作（比如.: 本地化）

4． Make internal/external training for existing and new products; give support for exhibition

提供内部，外部的产品培训以及展会支持

5． Support and create local sales documentation (core item catalogue, promotion brochures/flyers)

支持本地销售文档的创建（产品样本，产品推广宣传册等）

Qualifications

1. Master degree or above, major in hydraulic engineering, mechanical engineering or related

硕士或以上液压机械或者相关专业毕业

2. good knowledge of English in oracy and writing

较好的英语口语和书写能力

3. Team working spirit and effective communication, have logical thinking as well as comprehensive analysis, judgment and summarize ability

4. Background of work or study in Germany will be preferred
