General Administration support for PEC team
- Research/Translation
- Contract/Agreement sing-off and delivery coordination between PEC and PCN
- Paperwork (filling, consolidatin, etc.)
- Daily operation, weekly planner updates
PEC Events Reception and Merchandise Retail Shop Support
- Customer registration process
- PDS/Delivery and Store room management
- Spare parts and PDS (merchandise retail) inventory weekly cycle-count
- Event execution and others
- Website backend management: vouchers management and content updates
- Archiving marketing material on share drive
- Mini Programme (registration) & Wechat service account backend management
- Ad-hoc creative content & simple graphic creation
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree
Internship experience in well-known international organization is a plus
Proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant, willing to learn, showing initiative
Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint) and Social Media platforms; Photoshop skill is a plus
Committed and available to work at least 4 days a week for 6 months
