Job Purpose: • Support AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives across GBS Shanghai. • Help identify, develop, and implement practical AI and automation use cases. • Promote knowledge sharing and employee enablement through training and community activities. • Support project coordination, communication, and impact tracking for AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Identify and manage AI use cases, opportunities, and improvement ideas across GBS+ Shanghai. • Support the development, testing, and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Python, and other digital tools. • Support AI adoption through training, workshops, community activities, and user enablement. • Prepare presentations, communications, reports, and knowledge-sharing materials related to AI initiatives. • Coordinate with stakeholders to track project progress, measure impact, and support digital transformation activities. Individual Tasks (Time in %) • AI use case identification, analysis, and pipeline management (30%). • AI solution prototyping, testing, and implementation support (30%). • AI adoption, training, and community enablement activities (25%). • Project coordination, communication, documentation, and reporting (15%). Required Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field. • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation. • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Python, or other AI and digital technologies. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Required Skills & Experience: • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Python or other digital tools. • Solid knowledge of AI, prompt engineering. • Good written and spoken English. • Strong learning agility, ownership, and attention to detail. • Available for at least 4 working days per week; a 6-month internship is preferred.
