【职责描述】
20%% PLANNING
• Well understand GTM before every season and assist line manger to adjust and refine according to the current business situation.
• Assist line manager to draft the annual sales plan for Hoka and break down to quarterly, monthly and daily operation plan and by product sales forecast. Including but not limited to merchandise, e-marketing support, CS plan, promotion plan, etc. with the support from different functions.
60%% OPERATION & EXECUTION
• Manage JD platform individually, including but not limited to sales plan, platform resource seeking and plans execution. • Execute and follow up with TP on the sales plan, GTM plan, operation plan execution and evaluation.
• Assist line manager to consolidate materials as preparation for brand event and platform promotion , to set up a clear timeline to follow up and to analyze afterwards.
• Support team to generate premium content, and manage Dewu/Tiktok.
• Familiar with store operation and product, and lead store livestream based on that.
20%% COMMUNICATION
• Strong alignment and communication skill with cross-divisions.
• In-time and clear request with sales input on business needs.
• Can adjust the process of communication and working flow with agencies and internal team, if it is necessary for working efficiency.
• Well manage the performance and improve the agencies’ understanding & working efficiency
• Maintain good relationship with JD category team to earn more information and resource from them.
• Be the key contact window of system/logistics/accounting related matter.

• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel & PPT
• Fluent in Mandarin and written English
• Good follow-up and follow-through
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• fresh graduate students in 2020
• eCommerce Operation internship experience is preferred
