We are currently looking for a project assistant to work for the central department Controlling & Business administration. This role is highly cross-functional, and you will be able to play a bridge role in the whole project lifecycle. You will work with colleagues locally and in Berlin. Your main responsibilities will include:
Your tasks:
• Lead and coordinate contract-related activities.
• Monitor project cost performance, ensure cost visibility and transparency.
• Support in project acceptance and completion by providing cost data and risk analysis, monitor and management supplier output.
• Define project quality objectives according to international procedures and company standards; train and guide project teams to ensure process efficiency.
• Prepare and support internal and external quality audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and reporting.

Your skills:
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in cost management or business administration
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German language skill is a plus.
• High self-initiative, resilience and the ability to communicate purposefully.
