Beyondsoft Consulting is looking for outstanding entry-level candidates to collaborate on a client’s project as we continue to build out our highly successful Customer Care team. Our team will be providing support to a large Enterprise level client in the customer care sector: helping our client stakeholders to manage and maintain their customer’s enquiry in the spheres. Ideal candidates include fresh graduates with excellent communication and analytical skills and a drive to learn more about customer service knowledge. Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience who have been working with transnational companies. Strong logistic at work and phenomenal problem-solving skills are critical traits for this role. REQUIREMENTS:
· Outstanding verbal and written in English
· Good at comprehension and communication in collaborated teams
· Excellent questioning, analytical and trouble shooting skills
· Motivated to learn new technologies and systems quickly
· Experienced in working effectively with a quick-responding team
· Proficient in MS Office software, with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Better to have customer service experience or practice experience
· Major in English is a plus
