1. Help store manager to achieve the sales target, daily operation and campaign planning: Tmall flagship store ,Global flagship store/JD global flagship store ,WeChat store, official website and Kaola flagship store
帮助店长管理店铺的日常运营及活动策划:可能涉及天猫店铺,天猫国际旗舰店,JD全球购,微信店铺,官网和网易考拉旗舰店
2. Plan and Execute promotion campaigns including model mix plan, creative development, marketing execution.;
帮助店长计划和执行推广活动,包括联合营销,创意活动,市场方案执行
3. Product information management and optimize webpage contents; Make sure all images/feature materials be ready for new launching; According to promotion plan to optimize online store “display” delivery;
与设计团队紧密合作,产品信息管理,优化网页内容;确保所有图片/功能材料符合品牌和渠道的要求;根据促销计划优化网店陈列
4. Make annual plan according to different brand and category (multi brand / multi category shop)
根据不同品牌和品类,制作年度计划
5. Sales analyze and control, make Weekly/Monthly sales report; Promotion budget control and ROI management
每日监控销售情况,制作每周/每月销售报告,控制预算和ROI
6. Keep regular & smoothly communication with platform’s Xiao’er
保持定期和顺利地和平台小二沟通
要求:
1. Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work well independently and within a group setting,detailed-oriented, experience in multi-brand or multi-categories store.

2.Ability to collaborate in a multi-cultural working environment
能够在多元文化的工作环境中工作的能力
3.Proficiency in written English is a must. Proficiency in oral English is a plus.
具备英语书写阅读能力,口语好者更佳
4.电子商务/市场营销/数字媒体/物流管理/工商管理等专业优先,实习期6个月,每周4-5天。
