The Process and Data Officer must be able to interpret the working instructions to understand what data is on request forms and where to enter it in the (SAP) system. The working instructions are the guideline, we expect the Process and Data Officer to reach out when the working instructions need to be improved/corrected.

The Process and Data Officer must signal when actions become really repetitive and automation can take over certain activities.
