Responsibilities: 岗位职责 1. Conduct desktop research 桌面研究 2. Assist project team to build proposals, questionnaires, interview outlines etc. 协助项目团队建立提案，问卷，面试大纲等 3. Help capture ideas and make synthesis 帮助收集并整合想法 4. Support team to devise report and ppt as final deliverables 帮助团队制作报告作为最终交付物 5. Facilitate internal and external communication 促进内部与外部沟通 Requirements: 任职要求 1. Senior undergraduate or postgraduate in Design Research,Ethnography, Society, Psychology, Marketing etc. 设计学、人类学、社会学、心理学、市场营销等方面的本科或研究生 2. A passion for human centered design research 对以人为本的设计研究充满热情 3. Good skills in design, research with a basic business acumen 熟练掌握设计技巧，具有基本的商业头脑 4. Overseas exposure or Multinational cooperation experience preferred 有海外或跨国经验者优先考虑 5. Excellent ability to communicate in English. The master of Mandarin is a plus. 流利的英语交流能力，会说汉语是加分项 6. At least three days a week, five days is preferred. Three months is required, six months is preferred. 每周至少工作三天，最好五天，至少实习三个月，最理想的是六个月
