As well as some routine tasks, main responsibilities are shown as below:  Support Asian-Pacific logistics projects and maintain/update warehouse data of them. 跟进、支持亚太区物流项目的开展并定时维护、更新项目数据库。  Warehouse cost consolidation and monthly cost trend analysis 对仓库成本进行月度跟踪、分析并形成报告。  Warehouse inventory accuracy analysis and monitoring. 跟踪、分析仓库库存准确性，并对差异进行分析形成报告。  Invoice application preparation, tracking and monitoring. 客户发票的数据准备和跟踪。  Analyze the related warehouse data and assist to draw PPT slides/VISIO flowcharts. 数据分析，制作汇报PPT以及流程图。  Check monthly warehouse invoices in the part of Asian-Pacific warehouses and communicate with warehouse’s planners. 亚太地区部分仓库月度账单核对并与相应仓库计划员协调沟通。  Other temporary tasks from different warehouse project managers. 其他仓库项目经理安排的临时工作。 Requirements:  Availability of at least 4 days/week about 6 months （ASAP）.  Strong Microsoft Office skills (good at Excel is a MUST; VBA knowledge and basic Visio skills are preferred)  Excellent communication capability and logical thinking.  Fluent in oral and written English.  Strong interest in logistics and supply chain management.
