1. Support online Channel tools: Mutual Market Plans (MMPs) and New Channel Application - implement changes based on user feedback - maintain and update to align with business changes and requirements 2. Support the development of new online/digital tools for Channel Management 3. Maintain Channel Database - support automated population of the database from completed MMP and Channel Applications - work with users to resolve any missing or incorrect database entries - update Channel Database in line with changes to business requirements 4. Coordination of Channel activities - utilize the Channel Database and other digital tools to enable business processes, eg Channel Partners mailing lists Requirements: - good English, oral and written. - software and digital skills, some experience with coding is plus - some exposure to Microsoft products like PowerApps and SharePoint  - willing to attend office in Shanghai 1 day per week and as needed for critical face to face meetings
