Job Description: • This Intern position is to support HR team in Beijing. The main responsibilities include but not limited in: 1. Facilitate and support all the onsite HR Programs and events, including Employee relations, Training programs, HR development activities, Leadership Development Program etc 2. Talent Acquisition works may be include in daily work, and supporting for Employee communications in local events, open forums and newsletters, etc. 3. Logistic works for onsite HR team, administrative tasks including schedule management, logistic preparation for events/activities, documentation & reports.
Requirement: You must be a student currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree, at least 3 days per week and 6 months . Excellent verbal and written English and good communication skills Experience of organizing events either through previous intern experience or in school Experience in HR or admin background is preferred.
