Advertising Account Executive Job Description:
Account Executives are important members of the Account Management and Customer Service team, and report to Key Accounts.
The role of an Account Executive is to manage and grow JLTCM's top accounts, act as the client's advocate, increase customer satisfaction, identify customer needs and align those needs with JLTCM service.
General responsibilities
meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements;
working with colleagues to devise an event or exhibition which meets the client's brief and budget;
working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research of event or exhibition.
presenting work to clients for approval or modification;
writing client reports;
monitoring the effectiveness of events or exhibitions;
undertaking administration tasks;
arranging and attending meetings;
accomplish other work assigned.
