生产计划员 Production Planner 职位 Position:生产计划员 Production Planner 部门 Dept:生产部 Operations Department 资格 Qualifications 内容 Item 必备条件 Basic Competency 教育Education：理工科本科或以上学历Bachelor or above in Science and Engineering 技能Skill 生产过程和规划的知识Knowledgeable on production process and planning 了解物料需求计划系统，尤其是生产计划和产能规划 Know MRP system, especially production planning and capacity planning 熟练使用视窗办公软件Good at Windows Office applications 个人品质Personal Attributes 对数据敏感Sensitive to data 有团队意识和开阔的思维Mindset of Teamwork and open mind 所需证书Cert Req’d CCAR-66航空器维修人员执照CCAR-66 Aircraft Maintenance Personnel License 支援岗位授权书Support Position(s) Authorization Certificate 授权Authorization 由生产经理进行资格评估和授权。Qualification assessment and authorization by Operation Manager. 主要责任 Key Responsibilities 跟踪在制品，制定生产计划。Track WIP and schedule production plan. 跟踪在制品日常报告。Track WIP daily report. 职责 Duties 监测OTTR/TAT/Past due/WIP，并采取相关的协调措施。 Monitor TAT/OTD/OTTR and take relevant coordination actions. 整理相关报表，监控生产相关数据和指标。 Prepare related reports and monitor production related data and index. 根据生产需要调整班次和安排加班。 Adjust shift and arrange overtime per production needed. 协调仓库物料的发放，满足生产需要。 Coordinate material issuing from inventory store to meet production request. 与车间和各职能部门协调，采取措施，改进OTTR/TAT/Past due/WIP等绩效指标。 Coordinate workshop with related departments, take actions improve performance of OTTR/TAT/Past due/WIP. 按上级领导的要求，定期整理、分析和报告有关OTTR/TAT/Past due/WIP等方面的生产情况。 Regularly collate, analyze and report OTTR / TAT / Past Due / WIP production as requested by superior leader. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。 Perform other work assigned by superior leader.
