As the HR intern working in the FCS HR team, you will be supporting the team members to drive work efficiency on various of aspect:
Job Description:
1.Handle daily operations -Gather information for new joiner onboarding setup, internal transfer, etc. -Liaise with Service Delivery Center (SDC) on reports and staff information updates -Take team meeting minutes as needed
2.Assist in reporting & data analysis -Understand and able to operate in various reporting tools to generate reports and draw data analysis -Make use of charts, tables, and visuals to present results/analytics in PowerPoint presentations.
3.Support special projects -Prepare materials -Data mapping and checking to run analytics
Job Requirements:
-Undergraduate/graduate student in business, social science, or a related discipline -Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential -Demonstrates attention to detail , strong problem-solving and analytical skills -Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under deadline with quality deliverables -Ability to work effectively with people from different background and grades -Demonstrates high learning agility and flexibility to work in a changing environment -Passionate in creating a better work environment for our people and clients to work in/with -Good PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills to enable communications and analysis -Previous relevant work experience
