岗位职责: This position is to be taken on by an Intern who is responsible for assisting corporate access team on delivering the basic investing research services like: events, field trips, conference-calls etc. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to: - Assist corporate access team on coordinating events ,field trips, conference-calls and other supports to CAT members in need. - Prepare conference packs, book and coordinate air and ground travel and hotel arrangements, and help coordinate schedules, logistics and details for non-deal road shows, corporate days, conferences and other events across the company’s equity product. - Prepare and draft the online marketing materials - Other administrative responsibilities as require. 任职要求: - Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values; - Bachelor/Master Degree with finance-related major from a prestigious university; - 2024 Bachelor Degree with direct admission to master study without entrance examination is preferred; - Good communication and problem-solving skills; - Professional mannerism and proactive working attitude; - Good command of PC skills, esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access; - Ability to work efficiently under pressure; - Good command of English; - Previous work experience in financial institutions is preferred.
