- Regular admin support to the team: payments, expense claims, travel booking, meeting facility arrangements;
- Assistance with internal communications, CSR projects, including but not limited to internal newsletter editing, volunteering event/townhall meeting logistics;
- Assistance with external communications, media monitoring, including but not limited to news search, website maintenance, social media content generation;
- Client/Branding events support: vendor coordination, payments and contract follow-up, logistics among other onsite event execution efforts;
- Other assignments: translation, simple visual designing, photo & video shooting support.
