Cooperate with the HR/recruiting team to understand HR program requirements and team goals by applying creativity and innovation to support the fast-paced HR team globally;
Collect valid data and analyze hiring funnels to ensure recruiting health and help with hiring efficiency improvements;
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to better support global recruiting excellence;
Assist with performance review of employees and the implementation of employee care activities;
Design learning and development plans based on position competency module, and effectively implement talent development plans and the follow-ups;
Conduct OC related tasks include but not limited to employee care, team building, and cultural diversity, etc;
Support on recruiting issues if necessary.
Job Qualifications:
Demonstrate interest in human resource field. Keen to connect with people;
Fluent in reading, writing and oral English, multilingual ability is a plus;
Great communicator and team player;
Proven ability to develop sound research methodologies and collect, synthesize, analyze, and interpret data;
Prefer who can work 5 days a week and over 3 months;
