岗位职责:

Administration:
o Support BEG-CN Suzhou management and SW team
o Support section managers: reimbursing, travel arrangement (tickets, hotel, car rental), meeting and appointment scheduling and Minutes recording, etc.
o Special events: anniversary celebration, birthday celebration, team building, dept. meeting, Workshop, outing, etc.
o New employees’ onboard supporting (training, guideline compiling, access request, etc.)
o Tools and office supplies purchasing and management
o Support office 5S collection requirements
o Meeting PPT preparation
· Communication:
o Coordinating between BEG-CN Suzhou and foreign visitors

Good English is compulsory for this position
Minimum availability: 3 days/week
