• Assist to schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Update the applicant tracking database (hiring system) with information from the applicant's CV or resume • Provide reports and maintain data on recruiting activities as required
• Supporting China Talent Acquisition team to maintain recruiting channels like Zhaopin, 51job, LinkedIn
Requirements: • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
• Good communication skill • A strong team player, meticulous, approachable, self-motivated and flexible with can-do attitude
• Can work at least 4 days a week.
