Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Participate in interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment databases.
Payroll and Attendance:
Track employee attendance and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Help manage leave applications and related documentation.
Employee Relations:
Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes.
Support in managing employee records and updating HR databases.
Address general employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
Help organize training sessions and track attendance.
Assist in preparing training materials and managing employee development programs.
Performance Management:
Assist in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees.
Support the HR team in organizing employee performance reviews.
General HR Administration:
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate filing of employee documents.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Support in drafting HR policies and procedures as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
