Job Description:
1. Manage calendar, travels, reimbursement and for CFO
2. Pre-check the documents that need CFOs signature
3. Organize meetings or events internally and externally according to the availability of participants
4. Coordinate visitors invitation, agenda and other activities.
5. Organize activities (anniversary celebration, teambuilding, annual party, etc.)
6. Support within department (information collection, folder structure management, Easybuy order, BCC edition, etc)
7. Other tasks assigned by CFO
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree and above. Administrative management, financial background preferred
2. Fluent reading, written and spoken English, German is preferred.
3. Good at Microsoft office
4. Open minded. Good cooperation and communication skills.
5. Proactive, own strong problem solving ability
6. Can work 3 days from Mon. to Fri.
7. Grade 2 or 3
