Major Job Responsibilities:
Support all works related to training activities: Collect training registration form; Training courses follow-up; Support Training record management; Support Training System maintenance (OJT)
Other tasks assigned by Senior HR Specialist (not limited to HR Training work but also HR Admin work related to Company activities to create a favorable employee-employer relationship)
Support the other HR projects implement if needs.
Job Qualification Experience/Education requirement:
Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources or English/French etc.,
Experience: NA but should be interested in HR and the factory working environment.
Language: Good communication skills in English and Chinese, French is a plus
Technical Skill: Good Excel and PowerPoint skills; HR related knowledge
Soft Skill: Communication, initiative, team spirit
