Accountabilities/主要职责:
- Make food prototypes(cereal meal/solid drink) based on formulation provided - Support test for raw material, samples and products - Maintain laboratory and sample inventory of ingredients and supplies - Be responsible for equipment operation & maintenance in the lab - Support demos for internal and external customers - Submission of samples for analytical and sensory evaluation - Plan, conduct and coordinate stability studies, manage ingredient orders, expiration, handling, prepare batch sheets, ensure product meets specifications
Measurements/具体工作要点:
- Deliver prototypes and experimental results in a timely and effective way, delivered under a quality output - Record in responsible lab equipment

Internal/内部 : Process, Sensory, Packaging, Physical-Micro labs, QA, Operation External/外部: Ingredient/flavor suppliers, Lab equipment supplier, lab consumable goods supplier, co-man plant
Key skills/ Critical experience关键技能/经验标准:
– Junior college or above in Food Science or Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering – Operate and maintain equipment; understand basic English; operate Microsoft Office
