Provide assistance in HR daily operation:
1. Social benefit and commercial insurance management
2. Maintenance and filing of personnel records and make sure the accurate record in HR system
3. Daily and weekly HR management report
4. Assist recruiter in daily recruiting and campus recruiting: screening resumes, phone screening candidates, scheduling interview, channel management etc;
5. Other assignments from HR manager
Requirements:
1. Great passion and interests for HR work;
2. Be careful and responsible;
3. Keep to learn and to improve continuously;
4. Basic knowledge about HR operation;
5. Be familiar with Microsoft office, especially work, excel, and ppt;
6. Be good at writing and editing.
