工作内容 1. 使用工具（如 Land id、OpenInfraMap、Google Earth、GIS 系统等）进行远程 选址分析，筛选符合电力接入条件的地块； 2. 调研当地电力公司信息、电价政策、可用容量及电网结构； 3. 分析地理、气候、地形等自然条件，评估地块开发可行性； 4. 整理项目选址报告，包括地图截图、数据说明、关键指标表格等； 5. 协助团队收集、整理海外电力市场及土地政策资料； 6. 完成项目负责人安排的其他研究支持工作。 工作要求 1. 本科及以上学历，地理信息系统（GIS）、电气工程、能源工程、环境科学、房 地产、金融或相关专业优先； 2. 具备较强的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，善于使用地图与地理工具； 3. 英语阅读能力良好，能够查阅海外网站和资料； 4. 工作细致耐心，善于总结归纳，有较强的责任心与自我驱动力； 5. 熟练使用 Excel、PowerPoint 等办公软件； 6. 对能源、电力、数据中心等行业有兴趣者优先。 工作地点：可远程，优先香港和新加坡。 Job Responsibilities 1. Conduct remote site selection analysis using tools such as Land id, OpenInfraMap, Google Earth, and GIS systems to identify land plots that meet power access requirements. 2. Research information on local power companies, electricity pricing policies, available capacity, and grid structure. 3. Analyze natural conditions such as geography, climate, and terrain to assess the feasibility of land development. 4. Compile project site selection reports, including map screenshots, data descriptions, and key indicator tables. 5. Assist the team in collecting and organizing information on overseas power markets and land policies. 6. Complete other research support tasks assigned by the project lead. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Environmental Science, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields preferred. 2. Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills; proficient in using mapping and geographic tools. 3. Good English reading ability and capable of reviewing overseas websites and materials. 4. Detail-oriented, patient, with strong summarization skills, responsibility, and self-motivation. 5. Proficient in office software such as Excel and PowerPoint. 6. Interest in industries such as energy, power, data centers is a plus. Work Locations • remote work available
