Main responsibilities: -Collaborate with project team to understand project requirements and objectives. -Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process. -Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web applications. -Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces aligned with project goals and target audience -Iterate and refine designs based on stakeholder and user feedback. -Collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs. -Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design industry trends and support to build UI/UX design processes in the team. Education / Primary Qualification: -Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, interaction design, or a related field -Languages: Good written and verbal communication skills both in English & Chinese Skills : -Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. -Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma -Knowledge of prototyping tools like InVision or Axure. -Familiarity with front-end development technologies(HTML, CSS
