Major Job Responsibilities:

1.        To take the responsibility of Metro ERP systems.

2.        Fulfill the necessary administration and maintenance tasks on different ERP systems in order to ensure the successful business operations in related area.

3.        To take the role of 1st level support to answer queries from business departments and provide the most suitable solution with support from 2nd level support which located in Germany, Romania, India & China.

4.        Provide process consultancy for local projects, identify needs for process changes (demands) in alignment with user departments

5.        To change or enhance the software according to the technical designs.

6.        To work closely with other team members in Europe and Asia to track issues and share knowledge.

7.        Be hands-on, team oriented and feel comfortable in a fast paced environment.

Skills:

1.      University or college education in Computer Science or related major.

2.      Strong oral and written English skills required. Good paperwork and presentation skill is a plus.

3.      SQL-Server (or Oracle database) knowledge.

4.      Communication skills, presentation skills.

5.      Team player, Customer orientation, Result orientation.
