What you'll do？ Be fully engaged to support team daily work. Market insight collection . Support financial forecast and reporting. Support unit head daily work and meeting arrangement . Plan and support team building. all-hands meeting and company events. Prepare meeting agenda, minutes, and facilities reservation. Support Labor Union activities. Any other tasks assigned. What you'll bring？ Excellent English (both oral and written), good at preparing business communication emails in both Chinese and English. Excellent in MS Office, incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, strength at PPT. Well-organized, self-driven, outspoken and strong inter-personal ability. Work experience preferred. Enthusiastic to learn.
