Responsibilities: • Support Business analysis; • Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and meet procurement requirements; • Responsible for placing and managing purchase orders for ANZ team; • Collect and manage procurement data to support procurement work; • Other team administrative support as needed. Requirements: • Excellence skills with Excel and PowerPoint; • Data driven; • Good logical thinking; • Be proactive, having a strong sense of responsibility, be practising, taking seriously in working, be able to work under pressure; • Fluent reading and writing in English; • Be careful, be patient to process data and have basic sensitivity; • Ability to work in a multicultural environment; • Be able to work at least 3 days/week; • Able to use SQL is a plus.
