职位描述： Job Responsibilities: 1. Independently or collaboratively participate in recruitment projects entrusted by overseas clients (Europe, America, or other regions), analyze requirements, and develop detailed sourcing plans. 2. Identify target candidates through various channels such as online platforms, phone calls, etc., communicate client job positions to candidates, and obtain their resume authorization. 3. Screen and recommend candidates based on client needs, and follow up on subsequent actions, such as client interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding. 4. Build deep connections with high-potential talent in the industry, continuously gather market information, and explore business opportunities within your specialized area. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited institution, any major, fresh graduates and those with no experience are welcome. 2. Proactive, with a strong sense of ambition, execution, and a results-driven mindset. 3. Strong learning ability and curiosity, willing to continuously acquire new knowledge, and good at summarizing and analyzing to improve work efficiency. 4.
