Tasks:
1.Responsible for following up on the digitalization project of personnel files, Such as reasonably creating system modules, scanning and uploading personnel files, etc.;
2.Be responsible for staff entry, termination and movement, filing and system maintenance;
3.Responsible for HR file digitalization;
4.Support on employees’ labor contract renewal;
5.Issue and postpone working permit and residence permit for foreigners;
6.Other tasks assigned by HR manager.
Requirements:
1.Undergraduate students or above, major in human resource and administration is preferred;
2.Competent in both written and spoken English;
3.Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft office;
4.Positive attitude, have ability to find and solve problem;
5.A good team player, highly-organized;
6.Good communication skills;
7.At least six months of internship or more and three days a week, work eight hours a day.

2.协助办理员工入职、离职、转职等手续,人事资料管理,系统数据维护;
3.负责人事档案资料电子化维护;
4.负责协助员工劳动合同的更新;
5.协助公司外籍员工就业证、居留许可证的办理;
6.其他人力资源经理分配的任务。
职位要求:
1.大学本科及以上在校生,人力资源专业及行政管理专业优先;
2.英语熟练;
3.良好计算机应用能力,特别是微软办公软件;
4.态度积极,有能力发现和解决问题;
5.有良好的团队合作精神,做事有条理;
6.良好的沟通能力;
7.至少实习6个月或以上,每周工作不少于三天,每天工作八小时
