岗位职责:
· 协助团队处理日常业务需求,优化流程提高工作效率;
· 协助做好客户管理,负责处理业务中的NDA、合同审批、海关文件、形式发票等;
· 业务相关资料的整理和归档;协助建立行业知识、业务培训知识库、FAQ等;
· 跟进订单流程,处理样品申请、管理、寄送、反馈等事宜;
· 负责安排会议日程和必要的客户接待工作;
· 跟进公司通知和要求,做团队贴心的小棉袄,策划团队团建、聚餐活动等;
· 其他临时性工作安排。

· 自我驱动,积极主动,认真细致,好学肯干,具备较强的服务意识;
· 英语熟练,可作为工作语言,书面口语交流畅通无碍;
· 具有基本的工作流程思维和素养,迅速融入工作氛围;
· 出色的组织能力,善于时间管理和处理多重工作,抗压心理素质强;
· 良好的人际交往和跨部门沟通能力;
· 熟练掌握日常办公软件和操作技巧;
Responsibilities
· Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
· Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
· Create and update projects records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
· Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
· Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
· Perform receptionist/assistant duties when needed
Requirements
· Self-driven, proactive & eager to learn
· English proficiency in written and verbal communication skill is a must
· Working knowledge of office equipment
· Understanding of office management procedures
· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Proficiency in MS Office
