主要职责:
• 参与管理分拨中心的日常运营, 包括人员排班计划、配送计划、订单管理、库存管理等
• 与相关人员/团队就项目范围、时间表和所分配资源进行合作与协调
• 为团队成员创建或审查预算、时间表和任务
• 安排项目会议和电话会议。在会议和电话会议之前为团队成员准备简报
• 使用Smartsheet、Microsoft Projects 或同类软件跟踪整体项目计划进度
• 根据公司政策和程序协商解决项目进程中可能发生的问题
• 为各相关方起草进度报告
• 负责与各方沟通福袋操作,RTV(Return to vendor)配送的协调工作
资格要求:
• 具备英语口语和书写能力
• 具备灵活度,接收工作任务的多重性
• 耐心、细心、沟通能力强
• 良好的Microsoft Office办公技能
• 有供应链背景以及项目管理经验优先

Key Responsibilities:
• Be part of the supervision team of the distribution services. Coordinate for the staffing plan, delivery schedule, order management and inventory management, etc.
• Collaborate with associated personnel/team on project scope, timeline and allocated resources.
• Create or review a budget, a schedule and tasks for team members
• Schedule project meetings and calls. Prepare briefings for team members before meetings and conference calls
• Track overall project initiatives progress using Smartsheet, Microsoft Projects or equivalent tools
• Negotiate solutions to any issues based on company policy and procedure
• Draft progress report and reviews for stakeholders
• Responsible for coordinating communication with all parties regarding the operation of the lucky bags and the distribution of RTV.
Required Qualifications:
• Good skills on communication in both written and oral English
• Flexibility to accept a variety of work assignments
• Patience, carefulness and strong communication skills
• Good skills on Microsoft Office
• Supply chain background and project management experience preferred
