Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Vietnam Procurement team with Vietnamese document preparation and contract organization
2. Handle Vietnamese paperwork and system operations (permission settings, data sorting, etc.)
3. Support purchase order processing and vendor communication in Vietnamese
4. Help maintain supplier records and procurement documentation
Skills & Experience Requirement:
1. Fluent Vietnamese speaker (both written & spoken) + basic English skills
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with procurement software is a plus
3. Bachelor’s degree in Vietnamese Studies, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
4. Fast learner with strong analytical and communication skills
