Responsibilities
Equipment Management:
Responsible for organizing, tracking, and maintaining equipment (e.g., laptops, cameras, audio devices) and ensuring they are in good condition.
Manage equipment borrowing and inventory; proficiently use systems to execute equipment borrowing processes and provide clients with related consultation and support.
Front Desk Support and Reception: Assist IT front desk staff in receiving visitors and providing basic IT support (e.g., Wi-Fi connection, device usage).
Client Request Handling: Record and categorize client technical requests, promptly forwarding them to technicians to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Team Collaboration and Support: Participate in other support tasks assigned by the IT department and assist the team in completing related duties.
Requirements
Undergraduate or graduate student; all majors are welcome (English or management-related majors preferred), with or without a computer science background.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with excellent customer service awareness.
Proactive, capable of multitasking, and able to adapt to a dynamic work pace.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred.
